Robert Stock · Major League pitcher

Thirty years of learning the hard way so you can train the efficient way.

Stockyard Baseball is where I help pitchers avoid the pitfalls I ran into so they can put their time into the things that lead to real improvements.

Experience is hard earned.

I’ve played 18 seasons of professional baseball, including parts of seven in the major leagues. I’ve also spent a year in Korea’s KBO, won a Triple Crown in the Mexican League, and thrown a no-hitter in the Atlantic League.

It hasn’t been a straight line. I’ve been released four times, and each time I had to figure out how to throw harder, throw more strikes, and develop better pitches.

This offseason I want to coach pitchers and help them work through the same issues that players of all ages need to tackle — how to stay healthy, how to improve, and how to do it efficiently and reliably.

What coaching looks like

Work with me this offseason.

Two calls a week through the offseason, each built around video of your latest throwing session — and a plan you can stick to once the season starts.
