Stockyard Baseball

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Stockyard Baseball is me, Robert Stock. I coach pitchers remotely during my offseason. These terms cover the coaching subscription and the client portal. “I” and “me” mean Robert Stock, doing business as Stockyard Baseball. “You” means the pitcher and, for a pitcher under 18, the parent or guardian who approved their signup.

By subscribing, you agree to these terms, the Liability Waiver, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Who can sign up

Pitchers can begin signing up themselves. If a parent or guardian must approve, checkout and portal access wait until I verify their consent by video call.

If the pitcher is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and the waiver on the pitcher's behalf before checkout. The pitcher may pay with their own card and receives their own portal invitation. The parent or guardian gets a copy of emails about booked calls.

What the subscription includes

  • Two video calls a week with me over Google Meet, booked in the portal. The calls are described on the coaching page.
  • A portal where you can upload video of your throwing whenever you like. We go over your video on the calls.
  • Messaging with me in the portal between calls.
  • Access to my library of instructional clips.

After you subscribe, you get an email invitation to set up your portal account.

Billing

The subscription is $399.99 a month, charged by Stripe on the same day each month until it is cancelled. Stripe emails your receipts. I never see or store your card number.

Coaching runs during my offseason. When spring training begins, I cancel every subscription so there are no charges during the season. If that happens partway through a month you've already paid for, you're refunded the pro-rated share of that month's fee for the calls you didn't get — see the Refund Policy for how that's calculated. You're welcome to subscribe again the next offseason.

If the price changes, I'll tell you before the new price applies to you.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and the current month isn't refunded. The details are in the Refund Policy.

Calls

You book calls in the portal from the times I have open, up to two a week. If you can't make a call, please cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Calls you don't use in a week don't carry over to the next one. If I have to cancel a call, I'll offer you another time.

Your videos

The videos you upload stay yours. By uploading them, you give me permission to store them and watch them so I can coach you. Only you and I can see them. I won't share them or add them to the clip library without your permission (and a parent's, for a pitcher under 18).

Please upload only video you have the right to share. If other people, especially other kids, are clearly visible, make sure they or their parents are fine with it.

The clip library

The instructional clips in the library are mine. You're welcome to watch them as often as you like while you're a client, but please don't download, copy, or share them.

Using the portal

Keep your login to yourself and be respectful in messages. If someone misuses the portal or treats other people badly, I can close their account and cancel their subscription so there are no further charges.

Coaching is not medical advice

I'm a pitching coach, not a doctor, physical therapist, or athletic trainer. Throwing carries a real risk of injury, and you train at your own risk. The Liability Waiver explains this in full and is part of these terms.

No promised results

I'll give you my honest best, but I can't promise any result: not a velocity number, a roster spot, a scholarship, or a contract.

Limits on liability

The coaching and the portal are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and my total responsibility for any claim about the coaching or the portal is limited to what you paid me in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits anything the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I'll update the effective date above, and I'll email current clients about any change that matters. Continuing to use the coaching after a change means you accept it.
